About Us

The Road to Recovery is a partnership created to serve those in need suffering from various kinds of addictions. Some may be subtle, some may be life threatening. This collaboration will provide much needed resources to individuals who are in vital need of services.

Building Bridges Community Development Corporation

A nonprofit organization which seeks to provide services to meet the felt needs of Newark and the greater Newark area. In this particular partnership, BBCDC will provide financial resources for the ongoing support of the road to recovery support group.

The Sanctuary

The sanctuary is a church-based community in Newark, has served the past 14 years. We believe that the spiritual component is an essential part on the road to recovery. The sanctuary will provide the spiritual foundations of life which serve to help people understand their God-given value, purpose, and meaning.

Alliance Community Healthcare

An FQHC in Jersey City, New Jersey that offers a comprehesive range of healthcare services. ACH will provide the professional staff to run the Road to Recovery program groups and added medical and social services as needed. We will also provide linkages to local agencies to support the members of the recovery group
